PJ Care rated ‘outstanding’ in Best Companies rankings

‘Best Companies’ recognises those organisations whose staff are engaged.  By asking staff to respond to survey questions, it measures how much pride they have in what they are doing and how much faith they have in those around them.

More than 50% of our staff took part in the survey.  They rated PJ Care on factors such as how much they enjoy working for us, how beneficial training is and the sense of family in their team.

The results below gave us a two-star rating – one higher than in 2019!

This is impressive considering this survey was carried out during the coronavirus pandemic and the most challenging circumstances the care sector has ever faced.

• 88% of staff felt proud to work for PJ Care
• 83% said they love working for us
• 85% believe they can make a valuable contribution to PJ Care’s success
• 75% said the training they receive is of great benefit to them
• 78% felt a strong sense of family in their team and 84% said their team was fun to work with

We find out in May whether we have made it into the Top 100 companies to work for in the UK.
