She brings more than 40 years’ experience in the healthcare sector both as a nurse and in the management of mental health and neuro-disability services.

Lisa, formerly the Group Head of Safeguarding for a large corporate company, said:
“I am thrilled to be starting this role with PJ Care. I was attracted to the company because of the people. When I walked onto the units, the residents and staff all knew the senior managers and everyone, at every level, has the residents at the forefront of their thoughts.”
Lisa aims are to continue to meet PJ Care’s core values, deliver excellent care, help the residents to reach their full potential and to be a source of support to the board and the staff.
Having previous experience in healthcare recruitment, she will also be looking at how she can further support and encourage new staff into the business.
