Management Profile The Senior Management team at P J Care is led by an experienced and well qualified Board. The Chair and founder of the Company is Jan Flawn, who ensures the Company Philosophy and Quality of Care is maintained throughout all our Care Centers. The Chief Executive Officer Paul Moran leads on the Strategic Direction of the Company and ensures the financial governance of the Company. The Non Executive Director of the Board is Peter Flawn co-founder of the Company. The Clinical Team is headed by our Director of Clinical Services Mandy Ludlow, who has many years experience within the NHS of managing and prescribing care for people with Neurological conditions and progressive terminal illnesses.  Each Care Centre has its own Senior Manager and support network.  Details can be found on each Care Centre
