Bluebirds Nursing Home is situated in the heart of Shenley Lodge, a local community in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire with easy access to shops, leisure facilities and public transport.

At Bluebirds, our multi-disciplinary care team provide individualised and highly supportive care to those with cognitive impairment.  In particular, we care for people with early on-set frontal temporal dementia, including Alzheimer’s and Pick’s disease, with complex healthcare needs and cognitive impairment. Our residents range from 16-65, and live in a purpose built 22 bedroom facility.

We provide a safe and homely environment, with specially designed day lounges and gardens landscaped to suit a variety of physical and mental health needs. All 22 single en-suite bedrooms are fully furnished but we also encourage our residents to personalise them as much as possible.

Bluebirds Nursing Home offers the highest quality on-going care tailored to the resident’s individual needs, be it 24 hour nursing care, respite care, day or night care. Our highly skilled and motivated multi-disciplinary team are able to anticipate the needs of our residents and plan their care accordingly. Our environment is tailored to support our residents throughout the various stages of their condition.
