Our Chair is the typical example of a brilliant entrepreneur and clinician that was not prepared to play below her potential and had a dream that started of small with one specialised neurological care centre in Milton Keynes.

When Jan began to think about building a specialist neurological care centre back in 2000, she was driven by a simple concept of care, compassion and commitment and to provide the highest quality of care to vulnerable residents in a purpose-built environment.

Always at the helm, Jan ensures the PJ Care Philosophy and Quality of Care is maintained throughout all our neurological care centres and that our staff never lose sight of her standards and dream to provide this highly qualified care and support to the residents  with the full involvement of family and friends. Now, more than a decade later, she is delighted to see that our neurological care centres are flourishing, she is especially proud to see our staff effectively becoming part of the extended families of our residents.
