Vision for PJ Care
When I began to think about building a specialist neurological care home back in 2000, I was driven by a simple concept of care:
To provide the highest quality of care in a purpose built environment
provided by highly qualified care and support teams with the the full involvement of family and friends.
10 years later, I am delighted to see that our homes (Bluebirds, Oakley and Brunel) are flourishing. Our commitment and compassion shine through and I am especially proud to see our staff effectively becoming part of the extended families of our residents.

The Chief Executive Officer Paul Moran leads the Strategic direction of the business and manages the financial governance of the Company.
Welcome to our website which I hope will give you both the necessary information you need about us and how we work and also easy points of contact for any further queries you may have.
Our approach in PJ Care is fundamentally people centred focused on both our residents and our staff.
COMPASSION - We value each day and try to inject as much fun and celebration as we can whether birthdays, anniversaries or other significant events and join with family and friends in creating treasured memories.
COMMITMENT - Providing the resources and training for our staff ensures we provide the best level of care while continually developing and nurturing our people.
CARE - Our residents and their care are at the heart of everything we do. Both in terms of design and operation, our homes are developed to be places of safety, comfort and care.
Our vision of compassion, commitment and care is realised daily through our staff , many of whom have been recognised by our professional peers over the past 10 years for their excellence; - our Awards section speaks for itself and I am very proud of them.
I look forward to updating you on developments as we move to our next phase of expansion - our new neurological care campus in Peterborough - scheduled to open in early 2012.

Anna LesniakI've worked with PJ Care for 5 years and love my job. Caring for such special people is an honour and I have learned so much about neurological illness. It's like being part of a wider family and with support of my excellent team we can make such a difference to our residents' quality of life.
