Ensuring that all staff are recognized and rewarded appropriately means providing an appropriate and structured benefits and rewards package for all staff. We conduct full reviews of salary and benefits every year and ensure that staff in all areas are rewarded appropriately.
We employ people from all corners of the globe and recognize and celebrate this great diversity within the workplace. We encourage greater understanding of the different cultures represented in the workforce with regular cultural days where staff are able to share their individual culture and learn about new ones.
Childcare vouchers are available for staff with children – this is a cost effective way of paying for childcare and can save a fortune in reduced tax and NI payments.
All full time staff are issued with 3 free uniforms.
We place great value in training and developing all of our staff; we pay for staff to attend mandatory training. The majority of staff are likely to attend at least 8 separate training sessions each year, with more in some cases. Individual professional and personal development is very important to us with every new recruit a potential future manager. Our policy is to develop staff so that they can rise as far as possible within the organisation.
Personal appraisals are held annually and supported by monthly mentoring and supervision sessions to ensure continued progress.
Annual leave starts at 28 days per year for those staff working a 5 day week. Because of the different shift patterns, this converts into an hourly entitlement (e.g. someone working a 38.5 hour will week will have an entitlement of 216 hours).
We appreciate the commitment of staff who stay with us and formally recognise long service at 5 year intervals, with financial and personal awards. Continued service is also recognised with additional leave.

The scheme pays up to a maximum of one year’s full salary in the event of an accident or illness preventing you from working. The scheme is operated by the Company’s insurers, so the terms may change at any time and regulation of the scheme is beyond our control. As with all insurance schemes there are exclusions – talk to us if you want more information.
