Benefits of working with us

Recognition & Reward

Ensuring that all staff are recognised and rewarded appropriately means providing an appropriate and structured benefits and rewards package for all staff. We conduct full reviews of salary and benefits every year and ensure that staff in all areas are rewarded appropriately.

We employ people from all corners of the globe and recognise and celebrate this great diversity within the workplace. We encourage greater understanding of the different cultures represented in the workforce with regular cultural days where staff are able to share their individual culture and learn about new ones.

Here is a summary of our current benefits:

Our benefits are subject to a qualifying period and eligibility and are subject to change.

Childcare

Childcare vouchers are available for staff with children – this is a cost effective way of paying for childcare and can save up to £933 per parent per year.

Training & Development

We place great value in training and developing all of our staff; we pay for staff to attend mandatory training.  The majority of staff are likely to attend at least 8 separate training sessions each year, with more in some cases.  Individual professional and personal development is very important to us with every new recruit a potential future manager.   Our policy is to develop staff so that they can rise as far as possible within the organisation.

Personal appraisals are held annually and supported by monthly mentoring and supervision sessions to ensure continued progress.

Annual Leave

Annual leave starts at 28 days (including bank holidays) per year for those staff working a 5 day week. Because of the different shift patterns, this converts into an hourly entitlement (e.g. someone working a 38.5 hour will week will have an entitlement of 216 hours). This entitlement increases after the second year of service by one day per year up to a maximum of 33 days.

Pension

Once you have worked for us for the qualifying period you can join our occupational pension scheme with employer contribution.

Long Service

We appreciate the commitment of staff who stay with us and formally recognise long service at 5 year intervals, with financial and personal awards. Continued service is also recognised with additional leave.
